Islamic Marriage Ceremony and Wedding Services
We are ready to perform your religious marriage ceremony at any time, whether at the IHW or the location of your choice!
Family members and friends are encouraged to participate, photos are allowed during the ceremony! Refreshments may also be arranged.
The Islamic House of Wisdom also has a venue for your wedding reception if you wish to have it at the Mosque. Reservations can be arranged- please call or email us to discuss!
Marriage & Family Counseling
Available by appointment. Counseling in a safe, healthy and faith-based environment for married couples or those who are considering (or are in the process of) divorce.
Divorce is discouraged by Islam and should only be sought as a last resort. The center has no authority to grant a legal-civil divorce. A civil divorce is granted only under the authority of the court system.
Why fill out a Matrimonial - Profile?
Completing a Matrimonial Profile will help to connect you with other Muslims who are looking for a suitable match. The main purpose is to expand your network of prospective matches, complimenting your search through traditional means. Finding a person through our network of profiles is just the first step towards choosing a marriage partner.

Our aim is to help Muslim men and women find a loving, God-centered relationship built on mutual faith and love. There's a universal desire to discover love and it can be hard to find, but that's where we step in — we narrow down the world of possibilities to meaningful introductions in bringing singles closer to finding a compatible partner to spend the rest of their life with.
How does it work?
FIRST- We ask candidates to create a profile. A profile contains basic information about you and details of what you're looking for in a future spouse. We also ask that you send us two photos to our whatsapp messenger where we will keep in touch with you. When your application and photos are submitted, we encourage you to visit the Islamic Marriage Foundation page online, from there you can view profile applications.
If you see a potential match (or you have an interest in one of the online listings), please let us know the profile ID number. You may email us at marriagefoundation@IslamicHouseofWisdom.com or whatsapp us at (313) 9691308. All contact information will be withheld from public view until both parties have accepted.
We are very hopeful that, with the help of Allah and our humble efforts, every single Muslim will be able to have the opportunity to find the right match.
Can I maintain my privacy?
Profiles will be kept 100% private- processed and monitored only by the Matrimonial Project administrators. Online profiles will be posted by an ID Number- Name and contact information will be kept private.
How much does it cost?
It is our goal to humbly connect and help those who are sincerely searching for their soulmate. Our team of volunteers have requested that a minimal- one-time registration fee of $50.00 is made at the completion of the Matrimonial Profile in order to maintain the seriousness of applicants.
We will process your profile, add it to our online database and keep an eye out for connection possibilities.
